The BARONE VERDE from the Frantoio La Macina Rossa in Bevagna is produced in November and maintains all the organoleptic characteristics of the first oil, with a sweeter flavour depending on the different degree of ripeness of the olives, golden in colour, and with a more delicate bitter and spicy sensation.
Barone Verde is also a blend of the three different cultivars present in the Bevagna area (moraiolo, leccino, frantoio).
