Why choose Frantoio La Macina Rossa oil?

Origin of the product and production method

Our oil is the fruit of approximately 10,000 plants grown by the family business SOCIETA' AGRICOLA ATTONE which has been following an “Organic Farming” cultivation system for years.

Our cultivars are MORAIOLO, FRANTOIO and LECCINO . The careful and meticulous processing of our continuous cycle mill LA MACINA ROSSA takes place within 24 HOURS of harvesting and at controlled temperatures below 25 degrees (cold extraction) and this allows us to obtain the highest quality, maintaining in our EVO OIL all the aromas, taste and nutritional and health benefits of the olives from our territory .

Territory and Controlled Supply Chain

We integrate our olive production with those we purchase every year from local growers in the municipalities of Bevagna , Montefalco, Gualdo Cattaneo, Castel Ritaldi, Bettona, Cannara, Torgiano, Deruta, lands renowned for their extraordinary olive-growing tradition, which are part of the COLLI MARTANI SUB-ZONE OF DOP UMBRIA .
